Duties and Responsibilities
UNDP seeks a Digital Transformation Analyst to provide program coordination, research, and event support to the management team of Digital Transformation. The Digital Transformation Analyst will focus on key areas that define the scope of work, thereby contributing to the overall success of the initiative.
Assist in Strategic Planning:
The Digital Transformation Analyst will support the management team in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects within the Chief Digital Office. Additionally, they will provide quantitative and qualitative analyses of trends in digital programming, recommending areas for further support.
Design Key Initiatives:
The Analyst will contribute to the design and strategic planning of initiatives executed by the Programmatic and Internal Transformation teams, ensuring alignment with the Chief Digital Officer’s mandate.
Collaborate with Programming Teams:
The Digital Transformation Analyst will work closely with various programming teams across UNDP to ensure effective implementation of digital initiatives, thereby enhancing overall impact.
Enhance Knowledge Management:
The Analyst will develop approaches for data collection and documentation, which will improve workflows across digitally enabled programs.
Provide Event Coordination Support:
The Analyst will assist in coordinating global events co-organized with partners, thereby fostering collaboration and engagement.
Support Ongoing Projects:
The Analyst will offer research and coordination support for ongoing AI, capacity building, enablement, and data projects. This includes operational tasks such as delivering training and organizing events.
Strengthen Communication Flows:
The Analyst will facilitate communication to and from senior management teams, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the organization.
Create Communication Materials:
