Roles and Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst

As a Service Desk Analyst at Save the Children Australia, you will actively contribute to our Technology team based in Melbourne or Brisbane. Moreover, your efforts will help drive lasting change for children worldwide.

  • Incident Management: You will effectively manage, record, resolve, and close incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ticket Triage: Appropriately triage incoming tickets across all Technology departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee tickets through their entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence to all ticket management processes.
  • On-Site Support: The Service Desk Analyst will also Provide hands-on support for end-user devices, including laptops, mobile phones, printers, and meeting-room communication equipment.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Technology Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improving Service Desk processes.

Requirements for the Service Desk Analyst Role:
